Glucosamine Blend (Glucosamine Sulfate KCI, Glucosamine HCI) (shellfish) 500 mg, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 350 mg, Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) (resin extract) (Standardised to 65mg, (65%) boswellic acid by titration including all organic acids) 100 mg, Ginger(root) 33 mg,
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (root extract) (Standardised to 14mg (95%) curcumins) 15 mg,
Protykin ® Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) (root extract) standardized to 2.7mg (50%) trans-resevertrol) 5.4mg.
Other ingredients:
Cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silica.

Contraindications
