Lamberts Fema 45+ replaces Gynovite Plus which has now been discontinued. Fema 45+ is a new multivitamin and mineral complex which has been formulated specially for women during and after menopause. The formula provides 28 nutrients including plenty of antioxidants as well as B vitamins for energy and magnesium for bone health.
Ingredients
Two tablets provide Vitamin A 60ug, Vitamin D 10ug, Vitamin E 100mg(150iu), Vitamin C 120mg, Thiamin 4mg, Riboflavin 4mg, Niacin 18mg, Vitamin B6 8mg, Folic Acid 400ug, Vitamin B12 100ug, Biotin 0.15mg, Pantothenic Acid 12mg, Vitamin K 0.05mg, Calcium 200mg, Iron 7.5mg, Magnesium 150mg, Zinc 15mg, Iodine 150ug, Manganese 4mg, Copper 1.2mg, Selenium 200ug, Chromium 100ug, Choline Bitartrate 5mg, Inositol 5mg, Quercetin 25mg, Rutin 20mg, Para Amino Benzoic Acid 5mg, Boron 2mg. Tablet coating: (colours Titanium dioxide & iron oxides, hydropropyl methylcellulose).
Contraindications
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
Directions
Take two tablets daily with a meal.
