Choline Bitartrate 50mg, PABA 15mg, Tableted with: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin).
Contraindications
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.Taking this product may result in discolouration of urine.Long term intake may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Directions
1 tablet daily with a meal.
