The functions of the B vitamins are synergistic so a deficient intake of one or more of them may cause deficiencies in the others by hindering their utilisation.
The B group of Vitamins is a collection of essential nutrients that have certain characteristics in common. They are all water soluble and they are found in food sources such as Brewer's Yeast, Meat, Wholegrains, Cereals and Vegetable Proteins. Whilst chemically distinct from one another, the ways in which the B Vitamins work in the body are closely interrelated. Folic Acid and Vitamin B-12 metabolisms are closely connected. Vitamin B-2 is required for the activation of Vitamin B-6; and Vitamin B-3 can be manufactured from other dietary agents provided there is adequate Vitamin B-6. The B complex functions in the body as a group of Vitamins. They are essential for the release of energy from food and vital for the metabolism of Fats and Protein.

PABA 30mg. Tableted with:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Acacia, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
Contraindications
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.Taking this product may result in discolouration of urine.Long term intake may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Directions
1 tablet daily with a meal.
