I bought these tabs as advised by Dr Steele on the This Morning prog. He had said that anyone on Statins to manage cholesterol levels, would be advised to also take Super Bio-quinone. At the time I had been prescribed statins as my cholesterol was high and I now know this runs in our family. However I then began to experience an increase in joint stiffness and I really found it quite debilitating but as I'm 57, I just put it down the ageing process and accepted it. I started using Meno Herbs back in 2004 following the complete hysterectomy and oopherectomy that I had to have. Very nice shampoo. I don't have any specific skin issues except a tendency to age-related dry skin, and this shampoo leaves my skin soft and smooth when I use it in the shower. Because of its ingredients my hair doesn't feel squeaky and "stripped" after washing. Only downside is it's very liquid and doesn't have anything fitted into the top of the bottle, so comes out in a rush and therefore it's easy to waste a lot.
